This is what you do if you are an absentee bidder….

If you cannot be present for the auction, or you can only be here for part of the auction you may leave ABSENTEE BIDS

Fees for buying – 15% on top of the hammer price (plus GST) = 16.5%

Purchase a catalogue (optional) for $3. Our catalogues will give you the lot number, description and an estimate range that the auctioneer thinks the lot should sell for. Please remember each lot could sell for less or more

When you decide on what you would like to bid on and would like to leave absentee bids you must register with us by filling in an Absentee Bidder Registration Form

On the form carefully fill out the lot number, a basic description and your maximum bid amount

leave your absentee bid with a member of staff at the desk

The day after the sale, you must phone our rooms to see if you are the successful bidder

Please collect your items promptly, payment by cash, cheque, eftpos or credit card (no Amex or Diners) credit card payments + 2%

Show your receipt to one of our friendly staff, they will help you collect your items

We supply paper and boxes for transporting your items, subject to availability
