During lockdown we are continuing to hold our timed online auctions.
Payments are taken by direct deposit only.
Collection of small items can be made by contactless 'click and collect' appointment. Collection of large items such as furniture is by carrier only - we are able to recommend carriers.
There is currently no entry into our buildings as part of our contactless collections. Full details of the collection procedure are provided when you call to make your appointment.
Postage is available with no handling fee charges throughout lockdown.
For customers that have items in storage during lockdown
Now that there is freedom on the horizon, we are asking our customers to collect their items via carrier or click and collect.
Due to the length of the lock-down we are at storage capacity.

Official date for the lifting of lockdown is the 18th October (Date may change to align with NSW Health Advice).
If items are not collected by 1st November, storage fees will apply.
