Payments are taken by direct deposit only.
Collection of small items can be made by contactless 'click and collect' appointment. Collection of large items such as furniture is by carrier only - we are able to recommend carriers.
There is currently no entry into our buildings as part of our contactless collections. Full details of the collection procedure are provided when you call to make your appointment.
NEW SERVICE: After hours and weekend self serve collections are available by appointment at our Chilvers Road address.
We are able to offer courtesy FREE storage of small items only until lockdown restrictions ease.
Postage is available with no handling fee charges throughout lockdown.
